Reproduce Figure 4d

Assuming all the steps followed from Download Jurkat-Run-Results and Upload Jurkat Run Results to the UCSC browser have been successfully completed, we can now reproduce Figure 4d.

Figure 4d highlights the gene, LNPK. We enter LNPK in the enter position, gene symbol,HGVS or search terms and select go.

Select reverse to have the same orientation as the manuscript figure.

Rearrange the display order to match the figure.

Select pack on the peptide track.

Now right click and select View to see the reproduced Figure 4d
