DeepMosaic 1.1.0 is now released.

1. DeepMosaic now supports GRCh38 (Note: Outputs of the same input fastq aligned to different reference genomes are observed with slight differences, performances might be compromised)
2. --build argument (-b in deepmosaic-draw and -gb in deepmosaic-predict) is added for users to select reference genomes.
3. The singularity version also supports this feature.
4. Fixed other bugs reported by users.
