As proposed in #877

It could be very useful to display 2th of the rings using tooltip. Plus theoretical information, as some rings are not supposed to be visible.

calibrant file format could be changed to allow to reach more information for each rings

On pyFAI 0.18.0 a tooltip about rings is displayed for peak picking, fitting and integration result.
To API provides the absolute ring id (0 based or 1 based, depending on the context).

Displaying more information according to calibrant file or anything else is now very easy.
