On top of https://github.com/cbrand/micropython-mdns for mdns support which requires a custom build which is why it is an optionally supported feature. Fixes simonprickett#8

On top of https://github.com/cbrand/micropython-mdns for mdns support which requires a custom build which is why it is an optionally supported feature. This is why it is only configured if the MDNS python module can be found so that it also works on "normal" MicroPython installations.
