There's a thread about this on the F-Droid Forum, IIRC it's a false positive, definitely so if you downloaded it with F-Droid.

Installed from F-Droid there is a screen asking the user for consent to use Firebase. The app remains unusable, if the user does not agree. Please add the link to the forum here. Can't we simply remove this malware? Can F-droid patch it downstream, if it is not fixed?

IFF it is compiled with the analytics=false flag, there should be no analytics code and nag screens remaining in the binary.
