Save / Restore patch area only

Major change in operational mode. Save and restore only the patch area in order to play nicely with FxFloorboard and "sneaky settings".

Tag legacy state

End of the line for concept of "palettes". Next step is to save/restore deep DSP settings so we can bring back state without overhead of a preset change.
