When following the instructions here, https://sourmash.readthedocs.io/en/latest/developer.html,

tox -e dev
. .tox/dev/bin/activate

doesn't work for me - there's no activate in .tox/dev/bin/. Maybe it's doing something different because I have tox-conda installed?
