The download buttons mention "Extras", but this release artifact was last available in 1.2.5. These were binaries for the Registrar and the OIDC provider. Since the downloads page doesn't go back this far, we can now remove these links and replace them with the new release artifacts (Linux Arm and Windows binaries).
