This exposes the
Oid4vciSyncHttpClientandOid4vciAsyncHttpClientinitializers that allow creation on the apps. This also needs to bump the mobile-sdk-rs dependency to make it compatible to the mobile-sdk-ios-app PR (spruceid/mobile-sdk-ios-app#22)
