Moved the android specific code to its own project, thereby making the core otto android independent.
This enables core-otto to be used in a cross platform project. The bus can still be initialized with a ThreadEnforcerAndroid.MAIN thread enforcer and injected using e.g. Dagger.
The purpose of this exercise is to support translation of code using j2objc

… thread enforcer to own jar one can include Otto in the cross platform project and Otto-Androd in the android project and then cross compile to Objective-C

hmm. how to get travis ci to update android sdk....

This is a breaking behavior change and a consumer change which cannot be added and released without a major version bump. As no one is really working on Otto, this is unlikely to be merged and released any time soon. If we were to do a major version bump, we would want to include a lot more changes.
