Windows users: Please click More Info and Install Anyway on the Windows
"Smart Screen" warning. In the future, I may consider paying Microsoft to make
those warning messages go away, like everybody else does.

• Synthesizers, "Free" oscillator mode: Fix phasing sound at start up or at
  the beginning of offline render
• Sampler1: Fix some controls not updating correctly when changing the selected
  sample from the "View" tab
• Hardware dialog: Do not allow users to set more worker threads than there
  are physical CPU cores
• Instrument plugins: Fix potential clicks in output when using high polyphony
  with long release times
• Instrument plugins: Improved sound quality when using unison voices with
  "retrigger" oscillator mode
• Debian: Make ffmpeg an optional dependency for Debian-based distros that do

• UI: Do not show the main window until the engine is ready, prevents race
  conditions and crashes from clicking around the UI too soon
• QWERTY MIDI device: Prevent rapid-fire notes when holding a key down for
  long periods of time
• Text fields: Remove focus when the user presses enter/return
