• Plugin Rack, menu button: Move to left side, use icon, for consistency with
  other tabs
• Audio Items: SHIFT+drag to position, resize and stretch freely
  without quantize
• Piano Roll: SHIFT+drag to position or resize notes freely without quantize
• Piano Roll: Fix ALT+click drawing not moving the item + hung note
  if previewing
• Panic Button: Replace weird icon with slightly less weird icon
