This PR adapt the book to use GitBook format (http://help.gitbook.com/format/chapters.html).

It uses https://gist.github.com/SamyPesse/cc2c132a463bc1107694 to generate the SUMMARY.md.

Done 🌟 📖 🇫🇷

Here is what it looks like with GitBook: http://samypesse.gitbooks.io/test-codecivil/content/index.html

Publish it on GitBook.com then I'll remove my book, to do so:

  1. Sign up to gitbook.com
  2. Click to create a new book
  3. Choose: Import from GitHub
  4. Select this repository
  5. Done! (the book takes ~10minutes to build because it's a very large book)

Everytime you'll commit to GitHub, it'll start a new build on Gitbook (you don't need to do anything).

BTW: you should add a LICENSE file.
