…etworkidle to be able to trigger resending of messages. Added PreReset Message to aid in connecting when the conditions are sub optimal
Fixes Celeste Classic.
tried to circumvent that it reports a user joining twice but its not a big deal since only one connection is used. its a part of nat traversal since both sides are required to try and communicate to allow for a connection.

everything seems to work fine i've tested locally and using a small remote vps.
It's still WIP since the UI needs to be looked at and maybe slight changes to accommodate for the featurealso the usecase where the peers are in the same LAN is not covered yet. hence why it seems to fail there.
