• Set launch options to a default blank value in case it cannot be read from the launchoptions file, say for example if this file does not exist. Previously it would have been set to ERROR in this case.
• Allow changing redirect target EXE in launchoptions. This defaults to using ORIGINAL_Quake_x64.exe, so there is no change in default behaviour, but it now allows users to change this if they so desire.
