Updated the Home Page UI aling with an addition Feature for issue: #346

Description

Under this, I have edited the home page of the website by adding a new carousel feature to it for a better UI/UX of the home page making it more interactive and engaging for the user. The main purpose of this edit was to improve the website's overall presentation for the user for better usability increasing the website's likeability.
here I have also edited the navbar for a perfect alignment and the dashboard section for the user to remove any kind of user dissatisfaction.
