Use the names from the identity guide

The current names are from the last revision of the identity guide:
https://web.archive.org/web/20200311081005/https://identity.stanford.edu/color.html#digital-color

My preference would be to stick with the current names until Darcy et al want to fully switch palettes. I'm worried mixing names between the different palettes will cause some confusion.

@cbeer I think it's already confusing as it's not straightforward to find the old version of the identity guide. I think these comments help make it clear where we are. I also don't think that management is ever going to prioritize making this switch in one shot. We're going to have to slowly migrate to the new system as the opportunity presents itself.
