The python sccript considers: 1) founder number, 2) food cumsuption. From founder number, we simulate the dynamic population structure by using develpoment schedule (Byerly et al., 1976) at 25C. This code is originally written by Evgeniy R. Galimov and be accomplished by Suiting Tseng and Kuei-Ching Hsiung.
