Description

This PR adds tests to the main.py file using a mocking library. The tests ensure that the code in main.py is working as expected.

Summary of Changes

  • Created a new file named tests/test_main.py to contain the tests.
  • Added import statements for the necessary testing libraries, such as pytest and unittest.mock.
  • Imported the necessary functions and classes from main.py into the test file.
  • Implemented test functions for each function or class in main.py, using mock objects to simulate external dependencies.
  • Decorated test functions with @pytest.mark.parametrize and @pytest.mark.asyncio as needed.
  • Added docstrings to all functions and classes in main.py to describe their purpose, inputs, outputs, and side effects.
  • Ensured proper formatting, indentation, and naming conventions in main.py.
  • Organized and grouped imports at the top of main.py, and removed any unused imports or variables.
  • Added comments throughout the code to provide explanations.

Please review and merge this PR to incorporate the tests and improve the code quality in main.py.

Fixes #10.
