Version 1.0.0

This project is stable and used by default in Fedora, it seems declaring
version 1 is appropriate.

This release is mostly bugfixes and documentation clarifications.
"options=" config option was added.
"discard" is the default mount/swapon option, which fixes an issue where
unused memory was not released properly.

Fixes #108.
