Invigoration 1.4x series Released

Working prototype of a slimmed down version. But also adding in much improved functionality with BNLS and working on some enhancements to improve overall usage in pvpgn/atlas servers (utilizing CHAT is my end-goal).

Hope it works! For now this fixes some bugs with PVPGN servers in the past, added a few as defaults, adjusted default BNLS to more reliable bnetdocs, and added SCJ connectivity (Dropdown also includes DRTL and CHAT neither are working as each requires a bit of adjustments on steps to connect). Both are ideal for PVPGN though because anyone can use them without a key or prior understanding of things.
