Summary of changes

Provide a detailed description of proposed changes.

• On the current Next.js version, app routing is still an experimental feature.
• Upgrade Next.js to the latest version to support resolving this checklist [CHECKLIST] QA Hubble Stats #1624.
• Refactor the sharable next config to the root next config file and reuse it across next apps.
• Upgrade nx packages to the latest version.
• Upgrade react router packages to the latest version.
• Upgrade viem/wagmi packages to fix the WalletConnect connection issue.
