Turns on debugging to track warp saving.

New version for testing

This is a completely re-written version taking code from the latest version of ASkyBlock (2.9.6.x). It is compatible with the old version.

Installation/Upgrade:

1. Stop server
2. Copy this jar over the old one
3. Move config.yml to config.old if upgrading
4. Restart

If upgrading:
5. Copy any of the old config to the new config
6. Do /wwadmin reload

There is a new setting in the config that determines if the GUI is used or not. Default is to use it because it's cool.
