Workflow to calculate the permeability using a combination of OpenPNM and PoreSpy

The python code for the tortuosity measurement is given in the file tort The results for each sample's porosity and tortuosity are given in tortuosity_results_x.txt_

Permeability was calculated using Stokes Flow and Darcy Law The code is given in permeability_calculator

The results are shown below:
