Add new artifact to collect the "*.journal~". These journal files are created when system crashes or fails to shut down properly.
Also, add artifacts related to "journalctl" command. These artifacts verify the integrity of journal files and show a listing of time periods between boots.

Hi, @tclahr
Thanks for merging this PR.
However, I have a simple question.
Why was “journalctl --verify” removed? Was there a technical problem?

journalctl --verify can always be run later (offline) against the collected logs, saving time and resources during the triage.

I understand. That's absolutely right.
