Calibrated Peer Review Application 2.0

This release contains a graphical overhaul along with various backend fixes found throughout development. There are also multiple new features made including but not limited to: Admin functionality for adding and promoting/demoting users, bulk downloading assignment submissions, and the ability to make assignments without initial peer review information.
