Finally, a stable release! There's a couple of code changes under the hood, but nothing user facing.

Lots of internal rewriting and refactoring, but things should work almost identically. The only major user facing change is that parameters that used to fade out and in to avoid clicking now use crossfades. This comes at a slight CPU hit, but it sounds and feels a lot better to tweak parameters now.
