Used chatgpt to rewrite the `dom-to-semantic-markdown` project from typescript to python. First stab, almost no edits, nearly matches the demo example (xkcd.com) This one doesn't seem to filter the html comments though... but I'll take it.

Also added a new html -> markdown pipeline from rewriting the https://github.com/romansky/dom-to-semantic-markdown project from typescript to python.
