Nextbot updates and fixes (#1504)

* Update CNextbot

Add reach callbacks and behaviour needed for setApproachPos

* setApproachPos and reach callbacks

Add setApproachPos, addReachCallback, removeReachCallback and permissions for said functions.

* Fix move speed and idle/run acts not updating until the behaviour coroutine starts over

* add removeApproachPos

* Raise "reached" distance
