Version 2.3.8 with SELF_HOSTED=true. You can find the public key for the signature in the README file. Changes are listed in the CHANGELOG.

Note: If you deployed Threema Web on a server with restrictive CSP rules, make sure to add static.threema.ch as an allowed style / font source.
