Renaming topic name under /api/iv_msgs requires modification of FMS. I think we can leave it until it is defined as AD API.

If internal interface is renamed, it needs to be changed.

  • /planning/scenario_planning/trajectory -> /planning/trajectory
  • /api/iv_msgs/planning/scenario_planning/trajectory -> (not changed)
