UTM adapter V1 (https://github.com/Dronecode/utm-adapter)

Description

In this PR the following things are done

  • CMake Build System Updated
  • Boost Dependencies Removed
  • QML Resources Refreshed
  • Date-Time Bug Fixed

Test Steps

To enable and build QGC with UTMSP Adapter support, execute these commands:

  1. Create a new build directory:
mkdir build
  1. Navigate to the build directory:
cd build
  1. Run cmake with UTM Adapter configuration:
cmake -DQGC_CONFIG_UTM_ADAPTER=ON ..
  1. Compile the build:
make -j8
