Changed configuration parameter to be DayNightSensor.Settings, allowing for more configuration options.

Can now configure:

• luxThreshold to what you consider as "dark"
• samplingDelay to be more accurate if you want
• autoRestartActivity prevents auto-recreation of current Activity when darkness levels change
