This repository contains all scripts used to perform the analyses described in the manuscript entitled: "Epigenetic and Transcriptomic Programming of HSC Quiescence Signaling in Large for Gestational Age Neonates" from Pelletier et al., 2022 (doi: 10.3390/ijms23137323).
