  - It consolidates related settings, simplifying navigation and
    selection for users.
  - It helps users to quickly identify and understand NCSI-related
    tweaks.
  - It has more educational impact about privacy implications of NCSI.
- Discourage these scripts, resolving $186, $216:
  - Add documentation about breaking internet connection status and
    captive portals clearly.
  - Add cautions on each script
- Add removal of `NcsiUwpApp` system app $279
- Add more ways to disable the feature.

Other supporting changes:

- Add ability to constrain Windows version in `DisableService`.
