Summary

Currently MMITSS MRP is partial integrated into TSC Service. This work was done under the TM/TSP project. It is possible that this project will pivot to allow MRP to communicate directly with the TSC in which case the currently implemented work inside the TSC Service is unnecessary. Once there is a decision we need to either complete this integration or remove it from the TSC Service since currently it is causing some unintended logging and behavior for other functionality since it is still incomplete.
