Mh, this is reducing our compute nodes dramatically. I would like to see the dry-run to estimate if we shutting down VMs or if those can't be stated eitherway. |

I checked openstack if fewer resources are available and double checked that with the excel sheet where possible (also checked for stuck VMs with the script)
