This PR re-adds the following webhook tests to backend/metering_billing/tests/test_subscription.py:

  • test_invoice_paid_webhook
  • test_invoice_past_due_webhook_org_setting_not_set
  • test_invoice_past_due_webhook_org_setting_set

A couple of these tests are failing, will need to investigate more. It appears the webhook requests are not being sent/called:
