Updated Client side garage.lua: changed custom array to global array changed vehicle spawn plate text check, changed remote functionality for setVehicleCustomization added custom.plate_txt to setVehicleCustomization
Updated Server side garage.lua: Created menu option under vehicles called Custom (will store any/all vehicle customizations to be added added notification when plate text is changed
Updated all Lang files for garage.lua update
