Scan (a.k.a. Parallel Prefix Sum)

Description: Measures performance for an exclusive parallel prefix sum (aka Scan) of floating point data

Problem Sizes: (MB) - 1, 8, 32, 64

Precision: Both

Includes PCIe Transfer Time: in [testName]_PCIe measurements

Scan-Rate - Reports the performance of the scan kernel in GB/s
Scan-Rate-DP - Double precision performance in GB/s
