Known challenges
Depending on your server/installation you may face issues when connecting to the websocket api (HASS_LTS_HOST)
- homeassistant.local may point to an incorrect IP, try to use the ip of your HA
- if you use a VM on which you run HAOS, use that ip
- if you receive a 'forbidden 403' as return, this may relate to ip_ban that you may have configured, try switching it off to verify if it works afterwards
