QEvents

QEvents is a system built by QCRI's summer interns to automatically detect events and display them as they happen on a map

Project Description:

The system scraps and collects data from different websites (e.g: http://eventsDoha.com). The collected data is stored in MongoDb and visualized through a map-centered dashboard.
