Added an example of fetching ConfIDent conference metadata.
To parse the MediaWiki JSON that ConfIDent is based on, some changes were required in JSONFetch.java, so this needs to remain in a separate branch for now.

Namespace in example-scripts/bash-scripts/full-harvest-examples/1.13-1.15-examples/example-confident/confident-to-vivo.datamap.xsl needs to be adjusted according to your settings in runtime.properties:
