whole_strings annotated fields created as text_general fields #227

Some whole_strings fields are added as text_general instead resulting in tokenization.
Example:

Others include: Concept.awardConferredByPreferredLabel, Document.restrictions, Person.locatedInFacility, Person.organizations

Keywords does consistently index as 'whole_string'

additionalEmails and type also index as expected
