Add IDs for publications

What is the motivation for your change request?
The VIVO Ontology would be improved by providing more choices for (persistant) identifiers of publications, e.g. from citation databases and other information systems. This would make publication harvesting and disambiguation potentially easier, too.

Adding all useful identifiers that were mentioned in the ID survey of the Ontology Interest Group.
