Trying to integrate with zipkin at actor level

This spike configures a plugin that uses Brave to send traces to Zipkin. These traces are tracked by actor type and send the actor id as a dimension.

How to run

Start a Zipkin server:

$> docker run -it -p 9411:9411 openzipkin/zipkin

Start the Test.java class:

com.github.Test

Expected behaviour

You should be able to see two traces in the zipkin console:

Traces are not shown automatically, so remember to press the Search button (the magnifier).
