Added precompiled binaries for Windows (both 32 and 64 bit versions).

Extended HTTP Notify support

Added support of {mac} variable template in configuration file.
Made some source code optimizations.

Added support of HTTP GET/POST Notify on Connect/Disconnect/Roaming/Level(change) events for configured devices.
Can be used for home automation triggers.
