• Untrack .vscode folder: this contains user specific workspace and environment settings.
• Untrack .bundle folder: according to Bundler documentation, these files "are specific to each particular machine and are used to persist installation options between runs of the bundle install command.
• Remove calibreapp/image-actions action: tested in 2019 but never used in this repo.
• Remove _config_beta.yml: used in 2018 when the website was in beta phase.
• Remove some lines commented out in netlify.toml & Gemfile
• Update contacts in `w3c.json"
