Added the plugin Expello_Duplico which enables the user to quickly select (by default) or remove (optional) all duplicate entries in a document, selected text, csv file, or any other delimited or space separated text.

• I use .gitattributes to exclude files from the package: images, test files, sublime-project/workspace.

Added Expello_Duplico, a Sublime Text plugin to quickly select (by default) or remove (optional) all redundant entries in the document, or selected text. Works with CSV file, delimited databases, or standard space separated bodies of text.
