Splits the "companies and organizations" option to "companies" and
"organizations" in {{Notability}}. These display the same, and use the
same notability guideline, but add the tagged article to different
categories.

Also fixes small errors in alphabetization of some tag groups where it appears it was an error rather than an intentional prioritization of particular tags in the list.
In the case of #1959, the discussion on Wikipedia (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia_talk:Twinkle/Archive_48#h-For_file_maintenance_-_add_these_two_templates-20240408030400) which suggested that the templates should be added to the very top of the page rather than after the information section describes what is already Twinkle's default behavior and so no change was made to the underlying logic.
